How to Decrease Weight No Need Strict Diet, once Cheating No Problems - Want to lose weight do not have a strict diet you know. Recent studies reveal that enjoying food outside of commonly consumed diet also has a positive effect for weight loss programs.

Yes, according to a study conducted by researchers from Tilburg University and The Catholic University of Portugal said that giving the body time to 'cheating' or cheat day can provide an emotional boost and increase motivation diet. It is even mentioned positive effects for the long-term diet.

In this study, 36 male and female respondents were included. They were divided into two groups and given a special diet program for two weeks. The first group to apply a diet of 1,500 calories constantly during that time, while the second group was given time to eat freely alias 'cheat day' once a week.

After completing the task, they were re-tested. The researchers found that the first group actually get bored quickly and are likely to have a negative mood. They are also easier to give up and not be motivated to do a similar diet back.

Conversely, those in the second group seemed to enjoy the diet. Mood and their motivation to live a healthy diet is also more stable, so that the weight loss experienced more significant.
